While you focus on preparing the agenda items, we’ll book the venue, circulate pre-meeting packs, report on administrative and logistical matters and take the minutes.

We provide a professional shop window administering to the needs of your members in a dedicated office environment.  No matter how many hours are contracted, we will cover your incoming calls 5 days a week during office hours and forward any messages accordingly.
